News & Press: Industry Press Life's Little Victories Temporary staffing industry is about being able to recognize the little victories! Recruiters can sometimes feel unappreciated until they meet an employee who goes out and does their job as best as they can it is priceless. Brent Andrew, has been registered with Dynamic Employment Solutions, Inc. since 2009, is a great victory story! Originally from Trinidad, Brent obtained his status as a landed immigrant last year and started working temporary jobs. Dynamic recently asked how employment agencies changed the quality of his life after arriving from his home country, Brent told us, “I’ve had a lot of great assignments through Dynamic Employment Solutions and every bit has helped." Brent’s work ethic is proof that as long as you have a positive attitude and pride in your job, opportunities can be limitless. Over the last 10 months, Brent has been registered with Dynamic and has been dispatched to 13 different placements. No matter how long or short the assignment is, he is always appreciative. Brent’s family remains his motivation to work hard, especially his young daughter, for whom he leaps excitedly at every opportunity to work.
