CPC CERTIFICATION: What is CPC Certification

ACSESS Certified Personnel Consultant Program
ACSESS is proud to introduce a Canadian industry program, which has been designed to offer educational components that will confirm an individual staffing professional's comprehensive industry based knowledge. The program consists of the following elements:

The new approach to the CPC program offers staffing professionals an opportunity to attend industry-specific workshops on 5 core and 2 elective course modules. These half-day sessions will be hosted in cities across Canada based on member demand.

Basic eligibility requirements include:

• A minimum of one year's experience in the staffing industry;
• Current ownership or employment with a staffing services firm.

Both experience and education exemptions are available (refer to exemption forms on the back of this sheet).

CPC modules have been developed by a group of Canadian professors and cover all facets of the staffing industry. While some modules are introductory in approach, they are specifically designed to benefit from participant dialogue during sessions.

Following completion of the required number of modules, the final step in attaining the CPC designation is successful completion of a national challenge exam.

These examinations are held in locations across Canada. There is no study guide for the examination, which is a culmination of student knowledge acquired through seminar attendance and prior experience.

Please note: To receive your CPC designation, you must also have completed the on-line Level 1 Test

Cost is $249 plus 5% GST.

CPC Modules
Cost is $149 plus 5% GST per module
Note: Non-members are permitted to enroll in the CPC Modules for $299 + 5% GST, however, they can not write the examinations or achieve the CPC designation.
