CPC CERTIFICATION: LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION

LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION
As the first level of the new industry education process in Canada, this Certificate Program is designed to introduce recruiters and consultants to industry standards and best business practices. A formal Certificate of Recognition is issued upon successful completion of the web-based "open book" examination. In the first year of offering, this program was very well received and 62 candidates successfully completed the test.

There are no eligibility requirements for the Certificate Program; candidates must simply be the owner or employee of an ACSESS Corporate Member in good standing.

Using an "open book" approach the test is taken online. A confidential password is provided upon registration, and this does not become active until the candidate chooses to open the file.  Please note, following login this I.D. will be good for only 6 hours providing candidates with ample time - even allowing for business interruptions - to review and complete their examination.  There is no study book. Instead, candidates are encouraged to become completely familiar with the ACSESS code of ethics and industry standards and practices by visiting www.acsess.org.

The Certificate Program does not result in an official designation. ACSESS Level 1 Certification and a minimum of one year in the industry are, however, required to commence the CPC Program.  For Exemption requests, please contact the office.
